LTD. have set up their operations in Jan 1997, & is engaged in the field of Industrial Automation in various sectors like Paper, Iron & steel, Chemical, Material handling etc. using state of the art DC / AC Drives & PLC’s form M/s. EUROTHERM, M/s. GE FANUC. We are in written agreement with M/s. GE FANUC, to represent & work as their SYSTEM HOUSE.

ORGANISATION CHART
 

There is a team of Engineers & Electricians down the level, who are well trained & fully dedicated in activities of the company.

The premises are located in the KHARADI Industrial Area, off Pune-Nagar Road, admeasuring 4000 Sq. ft. area for office & panel assembly shop. We have got a full fledge drawing room with 10 computers with AUTOCAD.

The companies major job activities are electrical & automation turnkey contracts, which involves the total project engineering, including :

  • system’s concept development,
  • preliminary engineering,
  • budgetary costing,
  • equipment / component selection,
  • drawings & documentation,
  • panel assembly,
  • type testing & simulation,

1. AUTOMATION SYSTEMS
 

Here we carry out the system integration job for any industrial automation work using the DC/AC Drives, PLC, other instrumentations including System’s Concept Development, Design, Engineering, Panel building, site Erection & Commissioning. Our major customers in this are in steel processes.

2. STEERING & EDGE GUIDE CONTROLLERS

 

This is our Indigenously developed, import substitute product. This utilizes the image of material edge seen through a photoelectric sensor & further electronic controller shall control the machine swiveling frame to align the material as required.

 
     APPLICATIONS  :
 

Steel process lines like Galvanizing, CRM, Slitter, Pickling & other Flat steel process lines where control over material shifting is required. Paper making lines, paper slitters

 
3. LOOP SENSOR
 

Here we sense the light & dark area in the vision of a wide angle photoelectric sensor. In between the sensor & light source the material would be passing which would vary the blocking of light. The further amplifier would convert the light intensity to 0-10V, -10to +10V, etc.

 
     APPLICATIONS  :
 

As loop sensors in Cut to length lines, slitting lines etc.

 
4. RELAY INTERFACE MODULES
 

These are the relay modules with different combinations like 16/8/4/3/2 relays with coil voltage 24V/110V DC, 110V/220V AC & O/P contacts like SPST/SPDT/DPDT & various current rating. The relay make would be a customer’s choice.
