ELECTRIC WIRE ROPE HOIST

Features:
1. REDUCER
adopt third step reducer powered by conic motor, all gears and driving axel assembly heated in special process, and thanks to the cast hoist cover and separate-unit reducer, it gurantees a good leak-resist character and easy maintenance.
2. UPPERIBOTTOM LIMIT
Thanks to upper and bottom limit, which can cut the circuit automatically to keep the hoist in good conditions in case the wrong operations occured, so the wire rope hoist can use longer.
3. WIRE ROPE CABLE
Use the din: 3066-72(6X37+1)wire rope, it gurantees the lift wire rope durable.
4. CONIC MOTOR
Lifting motor adopt conic motor, which can gurantee the break operaton be sound all the time without extra brake-device.
The work mechanism of wire rope hoist is 25%, insulation class meets grade b, the motors protection grade higher than grade b or grade F.

Nice Lever Offers Following exceptional features!
1.Automatic switching to the pulley mode
Simply remove the load from bottom hook and pull the chain to automatically switch to free pulley mode. The winch automatically switches back to normal mode when a load is placed on the bottom hook. Automatic switching greatly improves work efficiency.
2. Easy Maintenance.
The free Pulley Mechanism has only a few parts, making disassembly and repair a quick and easy process.
3. Plated Chain.
The winch chain is tough-pitch plated to prevent rusting and ensure continuous smooth Operation.
4. Locked chain release mechanism.
If the chain locks due to an impacting load, simply move the lever by hand to release the chain.
5. Knobbed hook.
The winch is equipped with an anti-slip knob. Even if the hook is streched slightly. the wire rope catches on the anti-slip knob to prevent it from slipping off the hook, ensuring safe operation.
