>> SPRAY DRYER

Spray drying is the transformation of the feed from fluid sate into a dried particulate form by spraying the feed into a hot drying medium. The feed can either be a solution, suspension, emulsion or paste.

  • Applicable for heat sensitive product also.

>> SPRAY COOLER

Spray Cooling is the transformation of the feed from fluid sate into a particulate form by spraying the feed into a cold medium. It is the reverse process spray dryer.

>> FLASH DRYER

Flash Dryer is used to dry the residual moisture from the centrifuged wet cake. Drying process is accomplished by contacting the wet cake with hot air. Disintegrator because of the high speed and centrifugal action disintegrates the wet cake into powder in hot medium. Hence evaporation takes place.

  • Low drying & initial cost.

Applications:

Pigments, Pharmaceuticals, Clays, Starch, Di Calcium Phosphate, etc.
 
 
 

>> CYCLONE

Cyclone is a mechanical dust separator. The centrifugal force inside the cyclone creates the pressure drop and powder gets separated from the air, hence dust free air escapes to the atmosphere.

The limitations of the cyclone is very fine powder (below 10 microns) can not be trapped in the cyclone

  • Ducting from various extraction points.
The performance of the dust / fume extraction system mainly depend on the design of the hood / duct at the dusting point. The design should be such that all the flying dust / fume should be extracted in the hood. So all the systems are Taylor made system and should be designed to suit the client requirement.
