This thresher consists of a feeding chute, fully enclosed threshing cylinder
with 36 stud bitter. Oscillating sieve with double screening arrangement,
a fixed top concave & interchangeable bottom concave (for different crop
types), blower for winnowing & heavy fly wheel. All these are mounted
on heavy & attractive steel frame chassis. Our thresher is perfect for
multi-crop threshing, easy, smooth & simple operation, winnowing blower
provided for cleaning of seeds grains. Oscillating sieve oscillated by spring
shock up without any extra vibration. Double screen are provided for cleaning
grain, fixed screen at bottom & removable screen provided for different
types of seeds. Arrangement for draw bar and axle are provided for easy transportation.
Grain spout made as galvanized metal sheet. Safety guards provided on transmission
system.
Operates On 5 H.P. /7.5 H.P. Electric Motor or 6 H.P/ 8 H.P. Diesel engine. |

This thresher consist of a feeding chute, fully enclosed threshing cylinder
with fixed concave at top & interchangeable concave at bottom of the threshing
drum. A heavy fly wheel provided for maximum torque & inertia. Easy smooth
and simple operation perfect result of multi-crop threshing. Aspiratory blower
are provided for clearing large impurities & a winnowing blower provided
for cleaning Small impurities with weeds seed. Spring assembly provided with
oscillating sieve. Fixed screen provided for cleaning grains & removable
screen are provided for different seeds. Safety guard are provided on belt
transmission system. High output. |

Special
design for threshing paddy (Dhan). This thresher consist of a feeding chute,
threshing cylinder with 6 rasp bar a concave, oscillating screen, straw walkers/blower
for winnowing & C.I. Flywheel all there are mounted on a metallic chassis.It is perfect for threshing paddy (Dhan) with low maintenance. Simple, easy
& smooth operation. Winnowing blower provided for cleaning impurities,
straw walkers provided for straw discharge & maintain smooth quality of
straw high output. Arrangements provided for draw-bar & axle to easy transportation
system. Special alloys material & H.T. bolts are used where its necessary.

name - Jailaxmi) only up to 100 Numbers.
But now, due to our quality control
& modern techniques we are in position to supply 5000 machines per year. We are also developing our dealers network in most part of the country and
company has planned for export also. We have also developed our other Agro equipment products like
various models of Multicrop thresher, Paddy thresher and pulvarizers.
