“Microvac” Pumps are manufactured in our well-equipped factory with the latest developed technology to meet the varied need of the industries &institution.
“Microvac” High Vacuum Pumps are of the oil immersed rotary vane type V belt driven.A stator with an eccentrically mounted rotor within it from the main assembly. The rotor has two vanes facing each other.There are springs in between the two vanes.As the rotor revolves these springs press the vanes against the inner wall of the stator and make them move in and out of the rotor as the rotor revolves by means of a driving shaft sweeping the air space twice per revolution.
Material of construction is properly chosen graded cast iron and all the parts are precisely machined microfinished and assembled to close tolerances for high efficiency. |

| Non Return Valve |
| It is provided for preventing body leakages with the help of spring tensioned rubber diaphragm.The rubber diaphragm prevents back flow of oil when th pump is not in motion. Air Ballast This is designed for removing condensed vapour in the pump so that contamination of oil is avoided. |

| Moisture Trap |
| Available in C.I./ AL with detachable glass.The moisture in the air is absorbed by this trap before entering into the pump. |

| Inlet Dust Filter |
| Vacuum Gauge with Regulator This Filters dust particles down to 20 micron size. This is being used as to maintain any desired vacuum in the system. It is graduated from 0 to 30 inches in mercury. |

Principle of Operation :
This turbine blowers are designed for either pressure or vacuum. They are available in single & Double Stage Model, so they can operate over a wide range of flow & differential pressure.
These blowers consist of a dynamically balanced impeller, which revolve in a stator cum compression chamber having very fine clearance between them. The impeller is fitted directly on the motor shaft.
Both the suction & pressure opening are located on the outer periphery of the stator to reduce impedance to the air flow, thereby developing vacuum and pressure. Since the impeller rotates with no contact between itself and the casing, there is no wear and tear and requires no lubrication. |

Strong fan cooling helps dissipate heat around bearing and impeller housing prolonging bearing life and allowing cooling air delivery. Design ensures exhausted air is always clean & oil free. |

More about MICROVAC Triple Roll Mill
Used for grinding & dispersing of paints, inks, chocolates, carbon pastes, polymers, etc. The machine consists of three rollers operating at different speeds. The material is fed between the first two rolls and is discharged from the final roll by a scraper blade. The paste passing between the rolls is subjected to high stress & frictional forces resulting in the breaking up and separations of particle to produce a finely dispersed film. The gap adjustment between the rolls can be done manually or hydraulically. Rollers are independently cooled by a water circulating facility.

| Rolls |
The rolls are chilled cast iron construction and are ground to a smooth finish having 450-550 B.H.N with very high resistance to wear and tear. These rolls are hollow and complete with water cooling arrangement with a separate control valve for each roll. The rolls are mounted on cast iron machined blocks fitted with phosphor bronze bushings but can also be provided with self-aligning bearings. |

Are available in manual or hydraulic settings. In case of manual 4 nos wheel with lock nuts are fitted at the front and rear end of the delivery and feed rolls. For hydraulic settings a specially designed power pack system complete with prime mover, hydraulic pump pressure gauge, pressure control. Control lever arc fitted in front for simple operation. |

The gears are helical and arc accurately machined cut and designed to withstand heavy loads. |
| Lubrication |
The lubrication points are easily accessible and normal servicing can be easily carried out. A controlled lubricating system can be provided at extra cost if desired. |

MCLEOD GAUGE(Measuring Range 1 to 0.001 mm of Hg)
McLeod Gauge is designed for general laboratory and industrial use. It is normally positioned with the measuring capillary and scale in horizontal position. For taking measurement the head is rotated through 900 to bring tube and scale in vertical position .The rotation cause the mercury to move in capillary tube. When mercury in open capillary is leveled at zero mark then system vacuum is measured by height of mercury column in the closed capacity which is calibrated directly in mbar. |

Microvac pumps have earned unique reputation for its reliability and hence more and more Microvac pumps are used as original equipment on various plants.
Special Features :
A unique design of lubricating system positively feeds, minimum quantity of oil to important points. The oil from the exhaust is baffed, collected and returned back to oil chamber. This way not only the intervals between oil top up is prolonged but also helps to keep the atmosphere in the premises free of oil smoke to some extent. |

- Specifically heat treated fiber vanes are used in Microvac Pumps in place of steel vanes. The advantages are silent running, and negligible wear on stator, end covers and rotor slots.
- Microvac pumps are driven by V-belt covered with belt guard to give vibrations free operation, and are fan cooled.
- The complete unit with motor and baseplate is most compact for its capacity and due to it, vibration free running is suitable for mounting inside the equipment.
- All the models in MLV series can be modified to suit specific application so that smallest possible pump with minimum power consumption can be offered to the user.
