Materials We Mould :
We are regularly using various engineering plastic materials. As we supply our components to various OEMs, we are very much aware in moulding of following materials. We take care for the materials during moulding so as not to see any problems like silver spots, shrinkage, flashes etc. The various materials we use are as mentioned below –

Established in the early seventies and now successfully running for last four decades we are in the business of Quality Plastic Injection Moulding. We are presently supplying our injection moulded components to various OEMs and MNCs. Our group comprises of three companies and the activities are as follows
TANKSALE PLASTO ENGINEERING CO.
Tanksale Plasto Engg. Co. was started on 17th September 1993 in Satara. Satara plant is situated in its own premises in Additional M.I.D.C. Area and is equipped with the advanced machinery. It has been awarded with ISO 9001:2000 Certification and presently preparing for ISO 9001:2008.
The company has been a vendor of renowned Power Tools, Compressors, Pumps & Valves manufacturer. Company is situated in own premises in Additional M.I.D.C. area. The premises is about 19000 Sq. Ft. out of which 3500 Sq. Ft. area is being used for manufacturing. The company possesses manufacturing capacity of 1 TPM of plastic raw material.
The company is also engaged in services like suggesting suitable materials as per application, import substitute materials, providing guidelines for mould manufacturing etc.
ANISH POLYMERS
Anish Polymers was started on 28th October 2008 in Satara by Mr. Ketan Tanksale. The company comprises of state of the art PLC controlled high pressure injection moulding machine for high weighted items up to 300 Gms. All the high weighted components are manufactured with very precise machine settings to reduce time and material wastage. This 170 ton machine has fulfilled a requirement of the group for latest heavy tonnage machinery.
Anish Polymers has working area of about 1500 Sq. Ft. and its capacity is being utilised in supplying to GPS, Electronic Weighing System, and Irrigation Products manufacturer. The manufacturing capacity of the Company is about 3 TPM |
