DESIGN, FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS :-
S. CRANE SINGLE GIRDER CRANES: These systems provide space for materials handling even when production units or warehouses are comparatively small and low. To minimise the capital costs for modifications to buildings to provide extra space, we utilise the minimum of space for our crane systems. Using various fixing arrangements the S.CRANE single girder travelling cranes can be fitted individually to the existing space available.
Favourable dimensions result in the optimal highest hook position.

Normally there is no maximum safety distance to the ceiling of the building for single girder cranes with a load capacity range of up to 10 T. This makes it a master at saving space even in buildings with unfavourable dimensions. The crane girder is constructed from robust profiles.
Using a comprehensive range of fixing arrangements the travelling cranes can be designed to fit the avaliable space. All we need for the planning stage of the crane system are the clear dimensions of the building. We will then design the crane individually for you.
STANDARD FEATURES :-

GEAR BOXES: Precision flat helical/ spur gear units in light alloy housings with case-hardened gears, high-grade surface treatment and permanent oil/grease lubrication.
BRAKES: Single/ Dual-disc electromagnetic DC brakes featuring automatic braking on power failure. Environmentally sound brake linings designed for approx. 1 million braking operations allow long maintenance intervals.
ELECTRICAL PANEL: Modular design, covering a very wide operating range. The systems are designed for ease of installation and maintenance and reliable operation, with fuseless circuitry, ducted wiring and non-screwed terminals. Each drive group is equipped with a motor overload protection device to provide effective protection against inadmissible overloading.
PAINTING: Every component & part is thoroughly scrubbed & painted with two coats of primer before assembly & two coats of synthetic enamel after testing.

S. CRANE DOUBLE GIRDER CRANES: When heavy loads and wide spans are required, the S. CRANE double girder travelling cranes show their strength. They consist of two torsion-free box girders. This makes them especially suitable for lifting and transporting loads over 1 OT and for span of more than 25m

S.CRANE double girder travelling cranes are available with load capacities up to 30T and with spans up to 31 m. Articulated end carriage joints ensure positive contact of all four wheels with the track. The range of fixing arrangements allows the appropriate integration of S.CRANE travelling cranes into new buildings as well as into existing buildings. Just as with all other types of S.CRANE travelling cranes, the profiles of the main girder are optimally produced using computers so that maximum performance with a minimum of deadweight can be achieved. An advantage that has financial benefits.

Underslung Cranes |

Lift : 0.5 Mtr to 12 Mtr. S. CRANE UNDERSLUNG CRANES: Special' building characteristics often require a special crane design. S.CRANE underslung traveling cranes provide an optimal solution where the building structures make the normal traveling cranes less suitable. The main feature is that the crane track is not fastened to pillars but to the beams of the building. Over and above these special requirements the S.CRANE under slung traveling cranes offer the advantage of very small trolley approach dimensions and as a result an optimal utilisation of the building width.

S. CRANE GANTRY CRANES are used for overhead materials handling where existing columns do not have overhead brackets to support gantry & rails. Or in open areas where columns cannot be accommodated. The top main girder is mounted on two A shape columns which are further resting on wheel mounted end carriages.Main Girder :- The girder is designed considering the class, the frequency of operation & the duty cycle. The girder could be RSJ type, plate box type or truss type for single girder with its bottom flange as path for trolley of hoist. |
