Since 1985, SPAV Engineers is committed to manufacturing excellence. Operating business at proximity of industrial hubs of PUNE, & Rest of Maharashtra. The company has a manufacturing capacity of manufacturer and designer of electrical control systems for LOW & Medium voltage equipment.

We undertake various activities i.e. manufacturing of custom built, LT&HT starter panel, control panels as per specific requirements, HT feeder pillars and designing and manufacturing of custom built control panels and allied electrical accessories.

Our firm is registered under SSI and we have full-fledged fabrication and assembly shop with skilled personnel to carry out the entire job in our factory under keen supervision.

All the processes are carried out under controlled supervision and quality checks are being followed to maintain the entire product to superior quality as per the requirement of the client and IE rules. All the drawings and designing work is carried out on CAD system. We have commissioned equipment at various places as per requirements. With our knowledge in the field, we are confident to complete the various projects in the desired time frame.

Motor Control Centers :
A motor control center (MCC) include a manual or automatic means for starting and stopping the motor, selecting forward or reverse rotation, selecting and regulating the speed, regulating or limiting the torque, and protecting against overloads and faults.
 
Power Distribution Boards :
 Power Control Centre is a main power control panel which consists of feeder breakers and supply breakers, monitoring devices, control devices etc. it is some places called main switchboard.
 
VFD/PLC Panels :
 We offer an extensive range of VFD Control Panels that is a speed drive that provides a means of driving and adjusting the operating speed of a mechanical load. We offer the VFD Control Panel in variable frequency drive. Auto Main Failure Panels :
AMF panel is the short form of Auto Man Failure panel. It is normally connected to the generator set to control the generator set function. It can call the generator set if the AMF further connected to the Main Switch Board ( received power from the other source - normally from the local authority ) which equipped with auto transfer switch/automatic changeover contactor. While normal supply serve to main switch board failed, the AMF board will send the power failure signal to generator set. Then the generator set will run and serve the supply to main switch board.
