Construction
• Rigid welded construction with accessible fixing.
• Shoes self aligned ,easily removable ,high grade cast iron fitted with best quality fabric lining.
• Compression spring are vertically mounted through the guide rod are
held securely between guide plates.
Operation
The braking pressure to the shoe is transmitted from the spring by mean of an extremely rigid and simple lever / tie rod mechanism. Braking is smooth and positive. Release of the brake shoes effected by energizing the 3 phase thruster which overcome the spring force & the shoe are moved clear off the drum by lever arm linkage system. The mechanism is balanced to give equal shoe clearance.

Application :
The Grab differential Limit Switch is driven by holding and closing winches is used in auxiliary circuits for single lever grab control.
It is used for stopping the closing motor after closing or opening, regardless of the height of the grab and starting the holding motor after closing, for transition to the hoisting action as well as for stopping the holding & closing motors at the hoisting & lowest grab position. |

Applications :
Resistors are designed to meet requirement of both A. C. & D. C. application for E. O. T. cranes, winches, rubber mills, coal mines, power plants, conveyors, blowers etc. for developing starting torques.
Resistors are manufactured : 1. Air cooled type 2. Oil cooled type.
Stainless Steel Grid Resistors :
These Resistors consists of stainless steel wires or strip in form of grids. The current rating generally ranges from 7 Amps to 400 Amps continuous with multiple or single paths.
Punched Steel Grids Resistors :
Punched Grid Resistor consists of grids punched from corrosion resisting Nickel Chromium Alloy sheet steels. The punched steel grids are completely immune to shock & vibration. They function reliably under the worst operating conditions and are particularly suited for steel mill duty. These resistors are available in wide range of current ratings from 8 Amps to 800 Amps continuous with single & multiple parallel paths. Fecral Punched grids resistors are available.

General :
Master Controllers are of cam type where in contracts are actuated by individual cams mounted on operated shaft. These controllers are used for remote operation of contactors equipment controlling heavy duty E. O. T. cranes & Rolling mill drives
Construction :
Master Controller is housed in enclosure and provided with an easily removable cover with ample area for maintenance. The cam shaft is mounted on bearing bushes on walls of housing. The cams are made of delrin material and fixed on square spindle switch is moved by handle. The cams are cut correspond to the switching program. |

DUAL MASTER CONTROLLER
Twin Master Controller with one universal handle allows a Crane operator to control both bridge & trolley motions with one handle. Application :
The object of Arm Chair Control or Seated Controller Desk is to facilitate the operator a very clear view of the load being handled from the cabin and to enable him to adopt a firm and comfortable posture while operating.
