Theory Of Homogenisation
The basic product enters the valve area at very high pressure and velocity, guided into micron clearence valve space, where it is pierced, Injected to impinge over the impact ring and homoginised. Homogenizer are high pressure pumps manufactured by System Engineering Works comes with a varied range. Its model 2 comprises a homogenizing valve mounted to a pump block. It has a set of three suction valves and discharge valves which are positioned in the valve bores in opposite faces of the block. It also has a pressure sensor which is attached to a discharge manifold through an isolated piston.
