CONTINUOUS SPRIALCRIMPED FINS
These types of fins are semi-crimped and wrapped
under tension
around the outside of the base tube.
Fins are either tack welded or
brazed to the base
tube at each end of the tube. These finned tubes
can be further HOT DIPPED GALVANISED for
surface protection where as
the deposition of
Zinc also adds up to the efficiency of finned
tubes.

| B) FINNED TUBE
TYPE HEAT EXCHANGERS : |
STEAM /THERMIC FLUID HEATED AIR HEATERS
Equipments used for heating Air by using Steam Or Thermic Fluid
as the heating medium. Finned tubes are used as the heat
transferring media to the air. Many combinations of finned tubes can
be used as per the requirement, depending on temperature and
application. Equipments are sized as per the Air Volume to be heated
mainly the material of construction are Mild Steel and Stainless
Steel. |

| MULTIPLE CELL HEAT EXCHANGERS |
These Heat Exchangers are also used for Heating Air
using Steam as the heating medium. These are
specifically designed to handle large Air Volume and for
achieving temperature of Air beyond 1500 C. We can also
design Heat Exchangers for air temperatures up to 220 0 C. We have facility to manufacture Heat Exchangers with
a cross section size of around 7000mm (L) x 4000mm (W)
in all material combinations. |
