Utcon Engineers can conceptualize, design and manufacture and install lines for effcient movement of components and goods during manufacture, machining, assembly and testing.

Our lines are designed taking into account plant layout, locations of machining and processing centers, Present and future production volumes, manpower requirements and availability, and budget constraints.

All the above equipments are integrated with existing machines, with suitable interlocks to ensure safty of job and opeators, and can be fully PLC controlled. Special arrangements, such as pneumatic stoppers for one piece flow, pneumatic or dead weight flaps to allow operator movement can also be incorporatd.

We are also able to assist customes launch a new model or variant of existing product, using the existing assembly lline, by desiging common fixtures, and carrying our suitable modifications to various equipments.

Special Purpose Machines

Special Machines, Equipments and Projects :

Utcon Engineers prides itself on undertaking the successful development of special purpose maachines for different applications such as :

• Roller Group Assembly and Testing Machine for assembly, leakage testing oil filling and run testing of sixteen variants of follers for Tractor Engineers Limited
• Transporters with improved desgin for hte Process Treatment or
    Electro-Deposition lines in paint shops.
• Crankshaft Hardening Macxhine for Bharat Forge Limited developed jointly in association     with Inductotherm India Pvt. Ltd.
• Bottle Packing Machines for the online packing or bottles on the conveyor line, at speeds     up to 8000 bottles per hour. This machine obvates the manual handling of bottles.

lndustrial Washing Machines :

Utcon manufactures washing machines for cleaning, drying and oiling/ treatment of industrial components after final maching and / or before final assembly and packaing. Machines are available for online washing of components or washing components in batches with automatic cycle and maula loading/unloading. The washing amachines can be tailor made to suit the particular hob and sthe customer's requirement.

Transporters

The heart of any Pre-Treatment or Electro-Deposition (PT/ED) line is the Transporter. The transporter helps improve the productivity and quality in pre-treatment, electro- deposition and other similar multi-tank dipping processes by automating the sequential multi-tank dipping process, which was previously being carried out manually. The process is very much dependent on the capabilities and performance of the transporter.

Utcon Engineers Private Limited, with over a decade long experience in the field of material handling systems and automation, has come up with a breakthrough design in transporter technology which enables a reduction in the cycle time to as low as 2.5 minutes along with smooth and controlled movement of the transporter wagons.
