All sizes of pipes & tubes in S.S., C.S., A.S., Monel etc. Material grades complying with various ASTM specs as A269, A213, A312, A 106, A335 etc. [seamless and welded)
Insrumentation tubes are fully annealed, soft quality tubing available in straight length & in coil form as per ASTM A269 & A213.

Preferred hardness is R.B. 80-90.

As per ASTM / BSS specification for PVC coated & Bare Copper tubings.
Type - Soft, Annealed, Seamless. copper tube as per ASTM B - 68/75 & BS- 2871 Part 2.

Size - 6mm OD X 4mm ID, 1/4" OD X 22 swg to 16 swg, 3/8",1/2" etc.
PVC coating - 1 mm & 0.5mm thick.

Colour - Black & Blue [or any other colour for quantity order)

Length -15mtr., 50mtr., 75mtr., 100mtr., and above in one continuous length.

Chemical Composition - Copper - 99.92%
Phosphorous - 0.022% [varies 0.015 to 0.040)
Hydrostatic - 25kg/cm2

Testing - Ball & Bubble test - 200 psi.

To cope up with new generation of instant fittings, VIRGIN has developed PU tube fittings & collet type push fittings in Brass & Aluminium for soft tubes. As no ferrule or olives are required, these fittings can be used 'n' number of times after ever make and break without using spanner.
