Dembla, Managing Director with over three decades of manufacturing experience in the valve industry, Mr. Mukund Katageri Director Operation having experience in sales & marketing in the valve industry & second generation directors, Mr. Kapil Dembla having more than a decade of experience in marketing, supply chain & services in the valve industry and Mrs. Harsha Suvarna having experience in International sales. The management is backed up by young team of talented professionals from all departments. Guided by proven management principles, Dembla scripted it’s own success story with a focus on turnkey solutions and on-time delivery schedules. At present Dembla is producing control valves and on off valve in a working area of 1,40,000 Sq. Ft. It has a built a world class manufacturing setup working on ‘Lean Manufacturing Philosophy’. The entire setup is streamlined for a smooth production flow based on a ‘pull’ system. The machine shop has the latest state of the art, pneumatically & hydraulically controlled machines to guarantee closed tolerances on valve components. The company, also has a R & D center for continuous technological up gradation in the existing range of products and additional new products for complete turnkey solution to our valued customers. The factory is equipped with modern hydraulic test benches separately sequenced for in house testing and customer / third party inspections. The factory has a very high capacity mechanized painting shop to cater requirements of world class painting procedures.
