Pumps body made of closed grain Cast Iron/SS 304/ SS 316 fitted with slide vanes made of Teflon inside.
 
Cast Iron Pumps are suitable non-corrosive Liquids like furnace oil-Edible oil, Crude oil, Kerosene, -Petrol etc and similar liquids.
 
SS Pumps are suitable for handling corrosive liquids like Acid, Alkalies, Pesticides, Solvents, Food Products etc.
 
Barrel Pumps are complete with Suction pipe of barrel length fitted with strainer, threaded adjustable barrel adaptor connection, Rotary handle and bent taper nozzle for fitting hose.

CONSTRUCTION : Casing constructed from fabricated steel plates and reinforced by Angle irons for strength.  Designed so as to give continuous, constant and efficient blow and pressure.

CONSTRUCTION : MONEX Fans are constructed from fabricated steel plates reinforced with Stiffners where necessary making the fans robust and efficient.  Wide outlet area gives large volumes of air at relatively low pressure.  Flanges drilled to outlets and Spigot inlets are provided.

DRIVE : Motorised Fans/Exhausters are directly coupled with suitable Motors on sturdy base.  BELT driven Fans are provided with steel shaft running on a pair of heavy duty Ball bearings and extended shaft provided for coupling with Vee or Flat pully.

TURBINE BLOWERS 
C. Bole & Co. offers Hi-Speed Regenerative Turbine Blowers for handling air, other non-explosive gases and gas-air mixture completely oil free at low volume flow and medium pressure range.

TURBINE BLOWERS

It has a Unique working principle that it is fitted with the rotor, as the rotor rotates, the air entrapped between the rotor blades is radially and circumferentially accelerated and pushed in to the side cavity.  Here it is pressurised and pushed back to the rotor blades where it is again radially and circumferentially accelerated.  It will then pushed along a special path through the Impeller and side channel till it is discharged into the discharge port.  Thus leaving the blade tip, the air flow around the housing contours back down to the root of the succeeding the blade where the flow pattern is repeated.  The Impeller rotates with absolutely no contact between it and the casing.  This means that no lubrication is required, guaranteeing 100% oil free operation.  Since there is only one moving part it has got maximum operating reliability and totally maintenance free.

It has constructive features like most of the elements of these blowers are Impeller duly dynamically balanced, casing, silencer & fitted with Electric Motor.  The multivane Impellers and casing are manufactured from high grade cast aluminium alloy. It's unique shape and size ensures high efficiency.  It is fitted with Silencer at both inlet as well as outlet port to minimise the noise level.  As these blowers are sensitive to foreign particles, cardige type inlet air filter is used.

Salient features of Turbine Blowers are namely - It has no metal to metal contact, No internal lubrication, Rugged Construction, Fluent flow of the oil free air, Non-pilsating flow, Low Maintenance cost, Occupy less space, Rotating in both the directions, Compact and light construction.

TWIN-LOBES ROTARY AIR BLOWERS / COMPRESSORS :
MONEX Twin Lobes Rotary Air Blowers are manufactured using advanced assembly and manufacturing techniques.  Our Compressors have minute clearance between the Impellers, casing and headplate to minimise "Back Slippage" of air and improve efficiency.
TWIN-LOBES ROTARY AIR BLOWERS / COMPRESSORS

OPERATING PRINCIPLE :

The basic rotary blowers / compressors consist of two eight figure impellers mounted on parallel shafts.  These shafts rotate in opposite direction within an elongated Cylindrical housing.  As such each impeller lobe passes the inlet, the impeller traps a constant volume of air carries it around case and discharges it at the outlet.  This cycles repeats four times with every complete revolution of the drive shaft.  With constant speed, operation, the displaced volume is essential the same regardless of pressure, temperature or barometric pressure.

Timing gears control the relative position of the impellers to each other and maintain small but definite clearances.  This allows operation without lubrication being required inside air casing and the air delivered is 100% oil free.

The impeller lobes, each of identical profile rotate in unison without touching each other or the casing.  Therefore, there is not ear of casing, lobes and headplates which reduces the maintenance problem to great extent.

In standard models the blowers / compressors casing and parts are made of gray iron casting confirming to grade 20/25 of IS: 210.  Timing gears are precision-machined bardened alloy steel for langer service life.  Lobes are dynamically balanced for smooth operation.  Compressores are fitted with over sized antifriction bearings designed to handle v-belt pull.

APPLICATION PRINCIPLE :

MONEX Twin lobe rotary air Blower/ Compressor is a positive displacement machine which discharge a constant volume.  Pressure is not developed inside the Blower, but by the demand of system.  Discharge pressure therefore varies to meet the system's load conditions (pressure and flow).  Volume is almost constant with pressure, except for a slight increase in slip as the pressure rises.  Horsepower is almost proportional to pressure.  This Blower's Characteristics make it deal for low/high pressure applications and vacuums.  Motor can be sized accurately to pressure requirements.
