We (FERROTHERM) are professional Heat Treater based at Pimpri - Chinchwad Industrial town, Pune, District - Maharashtra State, India.

We do all conventional heat treatment process i.e., Annealing, Normalising, Stress reliving, hardening & tempering, Isothermal annealing, Solution annealing etc of ferrous material. In semi finished condition with the right analytical approach, correct metallurgical concept, perfect process control, a constant supervision along with the periodic furnace maintenance and checking of instruments with record of same as per ISO 9000 requirement.

We also do liquid Nitriding with LPG preheating F / C ( dia 600mm and depth up to 1300 ). We also do Local Stress relieving of full job, part job welding joints at site by induction method and oil fired process for pressure vessels etc.

This process is suitable for heavy and big job of any size and shape like tank big pipeline etc where availability of furnace size is difficult.

Along with above heat treatment process we also take care of surface finishing process at site all over India, like Sand Blasting, Painting, (all types) Hot zinc spraying (Hot spray galvanizing ) where size shape and weight is not a criteria.
