Our factory is located in Electronic Zone at Mahape - Navi Mumbai area & it is 30 minutes drive from Thane city & 50 minutes drive from Mumbai Airport. The area of 5800 sq. ft. is covered with corporate office & manufacturing facilities. The factory is partly air conditioned with antistatic flooring , as well as antistatic component handling & Assembling facilities. We have a dehumidifier for control of humidity in critical requirements.
This spacious & well furnished complex is networked for efficiency & uses FOCUS-6 multi user mini ERP Software for online recourses to all activities. |

SMT PICK & PLACE MACHINE

In G. M. Enterprises we are having an advanced setup of SMT Pick & Place machines.
All pick & place machines are controlled by Dos & Windows based system.
G.M. Enterprise’s SMT Manufacturing capability includes 16 MIL, Chip 0201, BGA & micro BGA. Our SMT manufacturing capacity is 50000 CPH. This would be done in a timely fashion, then packed & dispatched in accordance with customer preference.
With different features of machines we are handling small & big production batches.
Our Suzuki SMT 2001 machine has earned its reputation as the best pick and place equipment for surface mount component assembly by focusing on the industry's current and future requirements. |
REFLOW OVEN MACHINE

Our system provides the most accurate, most consistent and most repeatable profiles. Air is circulated horizontally in one direction above the board, and in the opposite direction below the board. This circular air current or "cyclone" provides better thermal penetration across the board and yields better results with tough-to-solder components such as BGAs and J-leaded quad flat packs..
In G. M. we have eps 300 reflow oven system for non ROHS assemblies & TWS 1250 is for ROHS assemblies.
TWS 1250 is the most advanced designs for forced convection SMT reflow oven.

WAVE MACHINE

G. M. Enterprise's selective solder machine allows us flexibility and consistency in soldering through-hole and odd form components into mixed technology printed circuit boards from either the top or bottom side. This is ideal for high-mix low to medium volume production runs.
Our wave equipments are able to run modern small and larger production.

INSPECTION MACHINE

For a 100% quality output we are doing 100% visual inspection.
In inspection part we are using AOI machine, CCD inspector, magnifier & microscope.
Our Automatic Optical Inspection machine (AOI) offers us high-speed PCB inspection with exceptional defects detection.
With this machine we can check for solder paste deposition, component placement presence, value, and polarity.
We have included our AOI right in our process. Our AOI can be used from small prototype runs, through larger production runs. In doing so we have insured that our customers will receive a quality product. |
