Dirty liquid enters the KONSEP from inlet side. It gets cleaned down upto submicronic level in single pass.
Cleaned liquid exits from outlet to be stored in clean coolant tank. Service pumps pick liquid from here to be delivered to the service machines. The separated contaminants are also being discharged out of the system regularly. All these operations are automatic taking place without intervention or supervision by any manpower.
Coolant of various types are used in engineering and other industries. Grinding, lapping, hobbing, shaving, et.. are some of the applications. Removed metal alongwith foreign particles and tramp oil get into the coolants. These then need to be separated out effectively else the foreign particles deteriorate the quality of the coolant and lead to inferior quality and loss of production.
Is a consumable-less, fully automatic, online, compact, zero-recurring cost, maintenance free filtration system. It effectively replaces all conventional paper band, pre-coat and other systems. Increases coolant life, reduces bacterial growth, reduces downtime, increases productivity, helps EHS, ISO 14000 and pollution norms. Special tramp oil separators is also built in on special request.
