The analyzers are used in the industry to know the
concentration of the particular gas in the process.
Standard design of Rack mounted (DIN standard) assembly
to be kept (fitted) in the existing panel is available
in black powder coated form. Flame proof version for
application in Class II Gr. A/B/C also available.
Reasonably priced with a very fast response typically
T95 < 15 seconds for Oxygen, T90 < 45 to 60 seconds for
different toxic gas analyzer & T90 < 15 seconds for
Explosive gas analyzers (T90 means 90% of the total
reading appears within specified seconds). Two level
audio-visual alarms (settable through out the range as
per customers application & requirement) are provided.
Two potential free relay contact of 5 A. each for
controlling process or for activating siren (hooter)
along with 4 - 20 mA. Output also provided in the basic
model. Easily readable large 2 or 3 & ½ digit LED (LCD
optional) display with 12 mm Digit size also is
incorporated for better visibility. Operates on power of
230 V AC or 110 V AC. Battery backup can be provided in
case of power failure.
Standard model comes with standard accessories like flow
meter, Moisture Trap.
