ORION ULTRASONICS has started by Mr. B.V.Avhad. as a proprietary Small Scale Industry in 2004.
We are located in Navi Mumbai and have Representatives in the major metro cities of India - Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad.
Today, we are one of the leading manufacturers of Ultrasonic Cleaning equipments in India. Our primary strength is in the custom design and manufacture of "Aqua Based & Solvent based Multi Stage Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems". Multi-stage systems are designed for powers ranging from 500 Watts to 10 k Watts and above, with individual tank capacities of 30 liters to 1800 liters and above.
Most of these Systems are provided with an "Automatic Material Handling Systems".
(Pneumatic, Electro-pneumatic etc.)
An additional feature that we offer is "High Pressure Jet Cleaning". Mechanical brushing with rotation etc.
These large systems are used in pre-cleaning in the electroplating industry, cleaning of PCBs, electronic parts, automobile parts, compressors parts, spinnerets, candle filters, sieves etc.
We also manufacture tabletop Ultrasonic Cleaners of powers ranging from 100 Watts to 250 Watts. These cleaners are targeted for applications in medical, dental, pharmaceutical, electronic and jwellary industries. These compact cleaners are also used in scientific laboratories for chemical experiments.

APRAISAL OF THE UNIT.
1). Location: Factory is located at well-developed industrial belt at Navi Mumbai. at Thane – Belapur Road.
Digha Navi Mumbai.
2). Infrastructure Facilities:
a). Area: The total constructed area of the unit is 1000 Sq.Feet. It is adequate for existing and future expansion.
b). Power: It is supplied by MSEB without any interruption. Having installed capacity of 20HP.
c). Water: Adequate and regular supply of water as the unit is located at MIDC area.
d). Transportation: Well connected with Thane- Belapur Road and convenient transportation facilities are available for staff as well as material.
e). Raw Material: Raw material like stainless steel, mild steel, and electric cables, switch gears etc. are procured from local sources. While Epoxy, Crystals, etc are procured form overseas market which are easily available.
f). Process: The product process is technically ophisticated and manned by technically qualified staff.
g). Market: The entire production is sold all over INDIA. Which include reputed Customers list where of is attached herewith.
h). Production Shift: The unit is currently works for a single shift of 8hrs in a day with weekly off on Fridays.

Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems consist of three basic elements.
1. Proper designed ultrasonic generator should produce sufficient electrical ultrasonic power.
2. Proper tuned transducers should transfer the electrical energy into mechanical energy.
3. Ultrasonic bath should contain the proper cleaning chemical.
All tanks are manufactured of a special stainless steel, with round coners, taperd or conical bottom, for easy draining. Our tanks are Argon arc welded, for long-term stability and strudy performance.

In simple ultrasonic cleaning systems the transducer bounding to the bottom of the tanks by means of epoxy compounds.
Our transducer are high efficiency modules, of sandwich construction, utilizing PZT ceramic clamped between metal backing blocks. All piezoelectric elements are stabilized and pre-aged.
Orion manufacturing hermetically sealed Submersible transducers and are designed for bottom side mounting. Depend on application requirements, thease transducers may be mounted to the tank bottom, sidewalls or a combination of the two.
