Required to separate honey pollen mixture. The quantity that has to be separated is of 700 tons/year. Therefore daily around 2 tons per day separation is desired. Pollen is insoluble in honey so can be separated by a mechanical operation like filtration. Please send detailed quotes that can separate this mixture effectively with minimum loss of honey in pollen (solid cake). Detailed quotes for a centrifugal filter are preferred. The equipment should be made of food-grade materials, as food material is getting separated. The final product of use from this mixture is honey and pollen. So both are to be separated successfully, with no loss, at most minimum loss. We request the company that before finalizing the deal for the filter, company should be willing to show a sample test of how effectively their centrifuge filter can separate our honey pollen mixture.
