Basically our machine consists of a heavy-duty Horizontal Fabricated type main press with Hydraulic cylinders and 2 no. of Guide Rods double acting type with main cylinder and 2 no. of Tie Rods in Lid Cylinder, in built Hydraulic power pack unit. The machine is built according to the International Guideline. Fully automatic Control Panel with PLC with Semi Auto and inching functions will be provided at the front –right side of the press, to control the direction & ram movement. The Electric motor starter will also be provided at the front side of the Press. They are delivered in 100% functional condition.
All the Hydraulic cylinders consist of imported Seal kits from Parker / International make for long trouble & leakage free operations.
