Roller Conveyors
Roller conveyors are used to convey products which have defined shape, like, pallets, cartons, boxes, etc.
This type of conveyors are used for Light, Medium & Heavy Duty applications.
Each Roller is machined from ERW pipe & provided with bearings at both the ends & a stationary shaft.
This shaft is bolted onto the frame of the conveyor.
These conveyors are modular in construction & Frames are manufactured in Modules of 2500 MM.Rollers can be supplied in MS Galvanized, MS Chrome Plated, SS 304 or SS 316. MOC for the conveyors is MS-Powder coated, SS 304 or SS 316.
Roller diameter, Roller Pitch & Roller width is designed as per load & application requirements.
Roller conveyors are classified into 3 types :
I) Un-powered / Gravity Roller Conveyors
II) Powered Roller Conveyors
III) Power & free Roller Conveyors

Chain Conveyors
Chain conveyors are generally used for conveying bulk components with defined shape like, Pallet, Crate, Bags, Boxes, etc.This conveyor can be used for light, Medium & heavy duty applications.
In a Typical construction of chain conveyor the chain runs over a square bar. Lengths are in modules of 2500 MM for longer Conveyors.
Chain size, no. of strands of chain & their spacing is designed based upon the load & application requirements.
MOC of chain conveyors can be MS, SS 304 or SS 316.
Chain Conveyor can be used for horizontal as well as inclined applications. For higher angle of inclination, Product holding attachment may have to be used for holding the component. |

Slat Chain Conveyors
Slat Chain Conveyors are widely used in the industry due to the modularity offered by its construction.
Slat Chain Conveyors can be practically used to convey any type of solid particles.
In a typical construction of a slat chain Conveyor, slats (formed metal sheet) are connected to strands of chain. The chain has special attachment on which these slats are mounted.
Slats can be formed in L type, C type, U type construction. Slat Size & thickness of the slat depends upon the load & application requirements. Chain size & no. of strands of chain depends upon load on the Conveyor & the length of the Conveyor. The construction of these slats is that it can be removed easily.
This type of Conveyor can be used for light, medium & heavy duty applications.
MOC of the Conveyor can be in MS-powder coated, SS 202,SS 304 & SS 316.
Fixture can be mounted on this slat making it very versatile.
For inclined applications, product supports are bolted onto the slats.
For special applications, we can fabricate these slats to form buckets where in Granular or powder material can also be conveyed.
For robotic applications, we have achieved o.5 MM stopping accuracy for these slat chain Conveyors.
