We fabricate electrical drying oven which has a triple wall construction. The inner chambers are fabricated using stainless steel and has a powder coated finish of mild steel. The temperature inside the oven is controlled by a digital temperature controller cum indicator. We have an option to fit the electrical drying oven with a software based microprocessor programmable PID controller with time propotionate, data logger & cyclic timer. Our electrical drying oven is highly reliable and easy to use. |

We manufacture double walled vacuum ovens. The outer of these ovens is made using mild steel sheets that are duly enamel & painted to protect from corrosion. The interior is made of heavy gauge stainless sheet to stand high temperature. To avoid the thermal loss the gap between the two walls is filled using the glass wool. The temperature is controlled using digital temperature controller. This is made to work on 220/230 Volts A.C. supply. |

We manufacture Laboratory Furnaces that can make the temperature rise upto 1450°C and are used for continuous heating for processing samples and materials in a laboratory. These laboratory furnaces are built using refractory materials in order help maintaining high temperatures for a longer duration. These furnaces are manufactured keeping in mind that they can be sometimes used to work for many days or months for completing a process set.

We manufacture BOD incubators which are fabricated in a double decker type construction. The body is made of mild steel with epoxy powder coat finish. The incubator can go upto temperatures of 12000C and provided with heat resistant door handles. The BOD incubator is fixed with a solid state fuse of Cr/Al thermocouple for safety of the users. The total heating and temperature control is microprocessor based.
