» 14 feet Boom length x 750 mm width (Truck Loader)
» 33 feet Boom length x 750mm width.
» 45 feet Boom length in two stages (i.e. 12 feet and 33 feet).
FRAMES :
M.S. Fabricated frame out of 40 x 40 x 5 angle, 25 x 5 flat runner and 125 x 65 channel mounted on rubber tyre wheels for easy movement.

Pneumatic rubber tyre wheels will be provided for easy movement

ADV 500 X 19 (For 14 feet Stacker), ADV 600 X 19 (For 33 feet Stacker), ADV 700 X 19 (For 45 feet Stacker)
RAISING & LOWERING OF BOOM
Manually operated winch will be provided for raising and lowering the boom.

DELIVERY HEIGHT :
For 14 feet Stacker: ( Truck Loader) Minimum delivery height 3 feet Maximum delivery height 9 feet
For 33 feet Stacker :
Minimum delivery height 8 feet., Maximum delivery height 22 feet.
For 33 feet Stacker :
Minimum delivery height 8 feet., Maximum delivery height 22 feet.
DRIVE :
It consists of Kirloskar / Siemens make Electric Motor and Shanti / Radicon / Elecon make gear boxes.
» For 14 feet Stacker :
   Motor H.P 2 Reduction gear size A-287 or 3.54 inch
» For 33 feet Stacker :
   Motor H.P 5 Reduction gear size U-500 or 5.00 inch
» For 45 feet Stacker:
   Motor H.P 7.5 Reduction gear size U-600 or 6.00 inch
CHAIN :
Steel chain of 4 mm link thickness (case Hardened ) in two rows with alternate Steel and wooden slats.
TAKE UP UNIT
Unit will be provided with screw type take up unit for correct adjustment chain tention.
SPEED :
Approx speed will be about 80 feet per minute.
CAPACITY :
Stacking capacity about 750 to 800 bags per hour up to : 14 layers ( for 14 feet stacker ), 30 layers ( for 33 feet stacker ), 42 layers ( for 45 feet stacker )
ELECTRICALS :
Only Electric Motor and suitable starter will be provided by us. Required switches, cables and plugs points to be provided by the factory
PAINT :
Steel structure of the stacker will be painted with one coat of Red oxide Metal Primer and one coat of phiroji paint or as per Requirement.
 
 
 
Bags Belt Conveyors ( Portable )
 
SIZE :
50 feet, 30 feet and 20 feet lengths. '
 
FRAME :
M.S. Fabricated frames out of M.S. Angles and steel tubes. Steel structure of the conveyor frames are designed considering the full load. For the 50 feet length Belt Conveyors steel structure will be out of 2" OD `B' Class tube with 35 X 35 X 5 and 25 X 25 X5 angle. In case of 30 feet and 20 feet length belt conveyors steel structure will be out of 1.5" OD `B' Class tube with 35 X 35 X 5 and 25 X 25 X 5 angle.
 
BELT :
The Rubber Endless belt of size 650mm width, l0 mm thick, 4 ply, 3mm top and 1.5mm bottom rubber cover. Nylon fabric 28/OZ, M-24 grade, (I.S. 1891 ) ISI Standard
 
IDLERS :
Idlers Rollers will be out of 76.2mm OD tube with 6203 bearings and oil seal permanently greased and dust proof. The distance between carrying Idlers will be 610mm and returning Idlers will be 2500mm.

50 feel length 250 mm and 300mm dia X 700mm long.
30 & 20 feet length 200mm and 250mm dia X 700mm long
 
TYRE :
Each conveyor will be provided with pneumatic ADV tyre wheels for easy moment.
 
WHEEL SIZE :
50 feet length -ADV 600 x 19, 30 feet length -ADV 500 x 19, 20 feet length - ADV 500 x 19
 
DRIVE UNIT

Approx. speed of the conveyor belts will be about 82 feet per minute.

SKIRT PLATE :
Each conveyor will be provided with side skirt of M.S. plate with necessary brackets for initial guide.
 
TAKE UP UNIT :
Each conveyor will be provided with screw type take up for correct adjustment of Belt tention.
 
ELECTRICALS :
Only Electric Motor and suitable starter will be provided by us. Required switches, cables and plug points to be provided by the factory
 
PAINTING :

NOTE :
Above lengths of the Belt Conveyors are standard lengths under manufacturing. Different lengths can be manufactured as per the requirements.
