Heatless Air Dryer

1. Lightweight Cast aluminum / carbon Steel filter head with inline inlet/outlet for ease of installation.

2. Threads for ease of assembly.

3. Polycarbonate / Aluminium / ERW bowl rated for 250 psig.

4. Low upward velocity to prevent oil carry over and to provide adequate draining.

5.Durable polyurethane coating Rust and stain resistant.

6. Automatic drain valve (optional) to eliminate regular draining.

7. Large reservoir to provide quick zone for coalesced oils.

8. Manual override feature for convenient depressurization when removing bowl or draining liquid.

9. Epoxy bonded end caps eliminate extra seals.

10. Outer polyester/ polyurethane layer permits gravity to drain large oil       drops and resists degradation from compressor oils and high       temperatures.

11. Media and support cores in cylindrical configuration minimizes       performance variances due to pressure pulsations in pneumatic       systems.

12. Support media strengthens delicate high efficiency media and prevents media migration.

13. High efficiency microglass media stops and coalesces finest oil mists.

14. Built-in depth pre filtration increases element life.

15. Wide selection of filtration grades and inlet/outlet sizes to match individual requirements.
