We have coated first centrifuge in 1989 HALAR / PTFE Coating where Highly Corrosive and Abrasive products are processed. This Corrosion resistance coating is carried out on MS / SS material of process equipments like Centrifuge Machines, Rotary Vacuum Cone Dryers, Agitated Nutsch Filters Heat Exchanger, Agitators, Receivers, Tanks, Vassels, Pipes, Thermowells, Fittings, Strainers, Valves and Spares for glass lined Equipment etc. We manufacture/ chemical plant equipments, with coating/lining also.

Lining Thickness : 0.8 to 4mm THK
Temp Range : -50 to 180° c

Linings are suitable for full vacuum to 16 kg / sq. cm pressure temperature from -80 deg C to 200 deg C. depending upon the polymers & chemicals used.
These lining can be used as replacement of stainless steel tanks & lined tanks can be used as replacement of glass lined tanks & exotic metal like hastalloy, Titanium,monel, Nickel etc.
Lining can be used in pharmaceutical or API, BLUK DRUG industries using FDA polymers.
PVDF / ECTFE / PTFE SHEET LINING
These tanks are manufactured by bonding fibreglass backed polymer sheet to metal tanks with adhesive & hot fusing the joints of sheet with simillar welding rod.As adhesive is used it is not recommended to use for full vacuum or heat transfer application. Lining is available in PP, PVDF, ECTFA, FEP, PTFE, etc in 0.8 to 3 mm thk for used up to 120 deg C. For more than 120 deg C operating condition, loose lining is provided without bonding is suitable only upto 120deg C.
