| We are well equipped with the latest, Superior Environmental test chambers and hot air ovens, vibration testing, insulation test to make sure ourinstrumentation not only withstands extreme conditions but performs well under the toughest conditions. We have vibration testing and ultrasonic cleaning for PCBs. Our computerized testing systems ensure accuracy and reliability and the highest performance standards. | (1) Component level testing. (2)Sub-assembly (PCB) level testing & (3)Final assembly testing. Every instrument undergoes a BURN-IN of 48 hours, which reveals infants mortality, if any. After POST-BURN-IN, a functional check is performed the instrument is thoroughly checked, a Test-Report is prepared and ‘QC OK’ Sticker is affixed to the instrument. Only then does the instrument go out of our Factory. |
