Mr. Sunil Rasal who is founder member of the organization is basically Engineering Graduate started his carrier in year 1989 with Bharat Forge Ltd., Mundhawa, Pune plant followed by Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd., Kirkee, Pune plant.
After gaining the vital hands on experience of Maintaining, Upgrading variety of CNC machine tools and Manufacturing of SPMs at above well established organizations he took the decision to dig his own way by giving the services in the Industrial field.
RC Automation was formed in the year 1996 and is registered as SSI Unit with Maharashtra State Small Scale Industries Organisation. |
Initially with a small set up we started serving the industry mainly with the services like
• Up gradation of old NC-CNC controlled machines with new series of CNC controllers from Fanuc & Siemens.
• Conversion of SPM conventional Electrical logic to PLC logic.
Till 1999 we upgraded almost 50 different type of old CNC machines like HMCs, VMCs, Grinding, Milling, Lathes, Boring, Gear shaving, Gear hobbing etc. with new series of CNC controls.
We have up graded old NC-CNC machines with variety of CNC Controls like Crusader II L (Anilam), Elpro Mark II, Heidenhain, Hinumerik, Fanuc ( 0-TD, 0-MD, 0-TC, 0-MC, 0iTA, 0iMA, 0iTB, 0iMB, 0iTC & 0iMC), Siemens (802 D, 810 D, 840D, 840 DIE, 802 SL, 810 SL). But of course with the time and customer demand it is now only Fanuc / Siemens. |
