Pre-Treatment Plants :
Dip Pre Treatment Plants :
• The articles are loaded in a basket.
• The basket is lifted with hoist (manually)/transporter (semi-automatic / automatic) & dipped in various tanks as per required chemical process.
Spray Pre Treatment Plants :
• The conveyor carries the article inside the tunnel which is provided with different zones as per chemical process
• Pumps & valves are used to control spray density & pressure inside tunnel.
• For better circulation system tanks with filters are provided below the zones.
Conveyorised Dip Pre Treatments : Conveyor carries the article through tank for a required time.

Water Drying Ovens :
After pre treatment process, for drying off the articles, a chamber is provided which is enclosed insulated type with air circulating blowers and heating system.
Types of water drying oven
IN LINE WITH DIP PRE TREATMENTS :
• This type of oven is in line to the dip pre treatment process.
• For putting and taking out the basket in the oven hoist or wagon is used.
• Pneumatic or hydraulic doors are provided.
CONVEYORISED CAMEL BACK WDO :
• Component is carried in an enclosed insulated chamber with help of conveyor.
• Water drying is achieved inside the oven with the help of hot air circulating ducts.
• Article cutout is provided to WDO which is parallel to ground to avoid heat loss. |

Powder Coating Plants
POWDER COATING BOOTH
• For spraying powder through electro static gun on an article, fabricated enclosure/ booth (MS/SS) is provided.
• To recover overspread powder the powder recovery system is provided to the booth (monocyclone/multi-cyclone recovery system).

Liquid Painting Plants
DIP PAINTING TANK : Conveyor carries the articles through tank for decided time. Article get paint coated and then for curing it goes through paint curing oven.

Varnish Plants
Varnish is a chemical which is used for insulation of electrical goods.
MOISTURE DRYING OVEN :
It Consist of enclosed insulted chamber which is provided with air circulating blower with electrical heater.
The air is circulated in the chamber to increase & distribute even temperature in all over area.
This oven is used for heating the article before dipping in varnish chemical. |

Transporter Systems
For loading and unloading articles into various tanks in pre treatment process transporter system is mainly used with a programmed cycle.
The cycle is based on time required in particular tank as specified and also sequenced in such a way that critical tanks (degrease, de-rust, Zn phosphate and WDO) are treated on priority, so articles will be removed from these tanks with minimal time loss.

Pressurization Zone
• Pressurization chamber is provided around the powder coating booth or paint booth to avoid dust particles on the component.
• Atmospheric fresh air is sucked and filtered in two or three stages and delivered from the plenum chamber around the both area.
