• The company was founded in the year 2000 as an extension of M/s Nirmiti Stampings Pvt. Ltd. ,which has been in the stamping activity since 1995. Sunny Engineers was doing only specific job work activity for M/s Gabriel India Ltd, who were the major customers of Nirmiti Stampings Pvt. Ltd.
• Sunny Engineers was later developed as an independent Manufacturing unit and Profit Centre since 2009 and has its own Set Up and Manpower.
• We are located in the upcoming Chakan Industrial Area (near Pune) which is the automotive hub of India.
• What started as a small job working enterprise with only one staff member, 5 workers and with a job working business of Rs 8 lakh (US $0.017 million/0.012 Million Euro) is today growing into an organization with a total strength of 14 members and a turnover of Rs 20 million (US $0.44 Million/ 0.30 Million Euro) supplying precision pressed components and assemblies.

• He is the founder of Nirmiti Stampings Pvt. Ltd which was established in 1995 and raised the company from 7 employees to 75 by 2012. In this period the turnover of the company increased from Rs 3.3 Mill to 120 Mill. (US$ 0.05 Mill/€ 0.04 Mill to US$ 2.06 Mill/€ 1.54 Mill)
• The company has handled Automotive OE Customers such as Piaggio Vehicles, Tier 1 Suppliers such Gabriel , Tenneco, Schaeffler Group, Tata Toyo, Tata Ficosa and Non Automotive OE Customers such as Philips, LG Sulzer, Standard Meter and Yale Locks
• From a deemed exporter of parts to Philips, Tata Ficosa and Celetron Audio, the company became a direct exporter to KYB (Spain) Tenneco (Spain), Aucom(UK)
• After having successfully built this brand the promoter sold this company in Jan 2013 to take up new challenges and with an ambition to grow Sunny Engineers five fold in the next 3 years
