Purified Water / Water for Injection
Storage tanks are included in water distribution systems to optimize processing
equipment capacity. Storage also allows for routine maintenance while
maintaining needs. Design and operation considerations are needed to prevent the
development of biofilm, to minimise corrosion, to aid in the integrity. These
considerations may include using closed tanks with minimizes corrosion and
biofilm development and aids in sanitizing thermally or chemically. |

Ultra violet disinfectant |

1. We have assumed that the quality
of food water is free from suspended matter, color, iron and turbidity, if these
are present rays cannot penetrated effectively and we suggest pretreatment and
filtration before feeding to UV system.
2. All wetted part is made of Teflon and PVC, which eliminate
corrosion. Teflon Tubes, which permits maximum transmission of UV rays, are used
to carry the fluid through the Disinfections chamber. The Teflon tube is not
sticky, unbreakable and requires no constant cleaning. |

3. The outer enclosure is made of stainless
steel and indication lamps are provided to know workings of lamps are provided
to know the working of lamps.
4. The unit is designed for complete
separation of fluid and electrical ferrule reliability and safety.
5. We can
offer 'Solenoid Valve' Time Totalize, Voltmeter, Audio Alarm and spars at extra
cost against specific requirement. A separate control panel will be provided
with indication lamp, voltmeter, ammeter etc. Ballast, Fan and other electrical
circuits are housed separately in the panel box.

Sanitary centrifugal pump |

Efficient transfer of product from one place to another is continuous concern of
Process Engineers and Production Managers. Centrifugal pumps and positive
displacement pumps, which might work well in one application, may not be the
best solution for another. In response, TSA has developed and excellent line of
centrifugal and positive displacement pumps to answer many diverse applications.
These pumps are highly adaptable to a wide range of applications, including
those requiring a heavy-duty pump. They meet the sanitary, chemical resistant,
gentle product handling, and economic needs of most customers. |

GMP Zero dead leg valves |

The G.M.P. Fabrication can be utilized to virtually eliminate dead leg in the
design of point of use outlets in a typical WFI distribution loop. The process
fluid flows through the valve body. As demand warrants, the valve is opened
providing an uncontaminated sample untainted by bacterial growth or contaminants
which may accumulate in outlet greater than 6D. |

The outlet can also be utilized as steam condensate drain or as a divert port.
The valve had been modified to accept a third port of the same diameter pr
smaller positioned adjacent to the weir at the bottom of the valve. Typically
the G.M.P. valve is oriented in the vertical position for horizontal
applications, the sterile access valve is recommended. The G.M.P. configuration
is available in sizes ¼", 4" (DNB-100) and can be supplied with buttweld or
ferrule end connections.
