INTRODUCTION |
|
Tuff Coats PU-101 Enamel is the two component system, designed to cross
link at room temperature. Base component is an acrylic polyurethane i.e. Hydroxyl Functional Acrylic copolymer
(pigmented) which reacts with blocked polyisocynate adduct (Second component) to form tough film with
outstanding durability, chemical & weather resistance. The system also gives excellent gloss and color retentions properties. |

An effective Top Coat for petrochemical refinery and fertilizer industries. The
system is useful for maintenance coating, structural coating as well as for floor coating. Because of rapid curing

HB-285 EPOXY SURFACER / INTERMEDIATE COAT ZnPThis system is based on low molecular weight epoxy resin with high solid content cured with suitable modified polyamide. This system gives excellent performance in highly chemical & most severe Corrosive environment. System is unaffected by alkalinity or sulphates in soil water & suitable for use in conjunction with cathodic protection. The high film thickness reduces the required number of coats. |
